Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized tracking of vendor agreements and contracts, ensuring records are current, accessible, and properly documented.
• Manage HR and administrative files with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and efficient retrieval of information.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures to support consistent workflows and clear internal guidance.
• Assist with reviewing policies and related documents to confirm alignment, clarity, and proper recordkeeping.
• Improve office organization by coordinating cleanup efforts, arranging materials, and maintaining orderly shared spaces.
• Conduct audits of physical and electronic files to identify gaps, correct inconsistencies, and support compliance standards.
• Provide project coordination support for HR administrative initiatives and operational tasks as needed.
• Perform additional assigned duties that support the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting HR administration in a detail-focused office environment.• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate employee or organizational records.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail when handling files, contracts, and documentation.
• Ability to write clear process documentation, including standard operating procedures and administrative guidelines.
• Comfortable reviewing records and policies to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
• Proficiency with common office software and digital file management tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Compensation
