Sales Quality Audit Representative
Responsibilities:
• Review sales interactions against established quality and compliance standards to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Deliver timely, actionable feedback that helps reduce risk and supports consistent performance across agent teams.
• Evaluate whether representatives are using approved tools, scripts, and reference materials appropriately during customer conversations.
• Follow defined audit procedures, documentation practices, and operational guidelines to maintain consistency in review results.
• Maintain expected productivity levels while balancing thorough evaluations with turnaround requirements.
• Achieve accuracy targets by completing audits with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Support a secure remote work environment by handling sensitive information responsibly and working from a private, quiet home office space.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to clarify audit findings and reinforce quality expectations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.• Prior experience working in a fast-paced office or operational support environment.
• Background in quality auditing or reviewing performance for compliance and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing assigned audit volume.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and document findings clearly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for sharing feedback professionally.
• Experience auditing customer service calls is preferred, especially within healthcare or health insurance settings.
• Familiarity with compliance-focused processes and quality standards is preferred.
Compensation
