Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a non-profit organization in Columbus, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance administrative coordination, front-desk support, and calendar management while working with executive leadership. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a well-organized environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and maintain calendars for leaders and other key stakeholders.
• Provide front-desk and general office support by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing communications appropriately.
• Enter, update, and maintain records with accuracy across administrative systems and spreadsheets.
• Prepare meeting materials, organize logistics, and assist executives with day-to-day administrative needs.
• Support multiple executives by tracking priorities, following up on action items, and helping keep projects on schedule.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other office tools to manage information, create reports, and monitor administrative details.
• Assist with special assignments and project-related tasks as needed to support organizational goals.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts to ensure smooth coordination of office activities.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support, office coordination, or similar role.• Proven ability to manage calendars and schedule meetings for leadership or multiple stakeholders.
• Experience performing data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with receptionist or front-office responsibilities in a structured work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support executive-level staff while handling multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Compensation
