Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our client in the Real Estate space on a Long-term Contract basis. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong organization with a service-oriented approach and can keep multiple marketing activities moving efficiently. The role will contribute to day-to-day marketing execution, content upkeep, and partner support while working comfortably with digital tools and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of support for network members by answering marketing-related questions and guiding them on available tools, resources, and brand expectations.
• Evaluate submitted collateral and provide clear recommendations to ensure materials reflect established brand standards and messaging consistency.
• Resolve routine marketing platform and technology issues, escalating more complex concerns when appropriate.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to keep projects on schedule.
• Organize, update, and maintain marketing assets so teams can easily access current materials and resources.
• Arrange webinar logistics through virtual meeting platforms, including scheduling, setup, and day-of support.
• Publish and refresh website and platform content using WordPress and related marketing systems.
• Assist with events, training sessions, and broader promotional initiatives that support business growth and engagement.
• Proofread, format, and make light design edits to marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe applications.
• Help preserve a consistent look and voice across campaigns, content pieces, and communication channels.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, customer support, or a closely related function.
• Real estate, mortgage, housing, or related industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear commitment to responsive, high-quality service.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several priorities at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently in a remote or distributed environment with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing tools, including content platforms, email-related processes, or campaign support systems.
• Experience with WordPress, CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools, and basic content editing is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Compensation
