Spanish Bilingual Sales Quality Audit Representative
Responsibilities:
• Review sales interactions against established quality and compliance standards to identify gaps and support risk reduction.
• Provide constructive, timely feedback to representatives and stakeholders to strengthen performance and promote consistent execution.
• Evaluate whether agents are using approved tools, scripts, and reference materials correctly during customer conversations.
• Follow documented audit methods, quality protocols, and operational guidelines in all daily review activities.
• Maintain required productivity levels while balancing thoroughness and consistency in audit output.
• Achieve accuracy targets by applying strong judgment and close attention to detail throughout each assessment.
• Document audit findings clearly and escalate recurring issues or trends that may affect service quality or compliance.
• Work independently in a remote environment while safeguarding confidential information in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced office or operational support environment.
• Hands-on background in quality auditing, monitoring, or review-based functions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify process deviations accurately.
• Ability to manage work independently and stay organized in a remote setting.
• Comfort working with performance expectations related to both production and accuracy.
• Previous call audit experience in customer service or health care settings is preferred.
Compensation
