Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative activities that support commercial property operations and maintain accurate office documentation.
• Review, enter, and track invoices to help ensure timely and accurate coding for payment processing.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries and provide prompt, thorough follow-up on service-related concerns.
• Monitor work order activity from intake through completion and coordinate updates with tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with approximately 20 to 25 vendors to schedule services, confirm scope, and support timely resolution of property needs.
• Maintain organized records related to tenant requests, vendor activity, invoices, and general property administration.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence, updating reports, and supporting routine office workflows.
• Use property management and office software to keep information current and support efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience with Yardi is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in property administration, commercial property management, or a closely related administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting, tracking, and general documentation.
• Experience handling invoice coding, vendor coordination, and work order follow-up in an office environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple requests and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a permanent role and adapt to changing priorities in a busy property management setting.
• Background supporting commercial properties is preferred.
Compensation
