HR Admin
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including follow-up on required screening steps, document collection, and onboarding scheduling.
• Maintain and update employee data within HR information systems to ensure records remain accurate, complete, and current.
• Respond to routine employee questions and direct more complex concerns to the appropriate HR team members.
• Prepare HR documents, track required paperwork, and support compliance with internal policies and employment procedures.
• Assist with onboarding logistics to help new employees transition smoothly into the organization.
• Support employee relations administration by documenting inquiries, organizing case information, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor status updates for recruitment and onboarding tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and outstanding items are resolved promptly.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting human resources administration in an office or corporate environment.• Hands-on familiarity with HRIS platforms and accurate data entry practices.
• Knowledge of onboarding coordination and pre-employment processing, including background checks.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with employees and internal stakeholders.
Compensation
