Recruiting Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams while keeping timelines organized and up to date.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system to support an efficient recruitment process.
• Communicate clearly with applicants throughout the interview process, confirming details and providing timely updates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding activities by helping prepare documentation, coordinating next steps, and assisting new team members through pre-start requirements.
• Track recruiting progress and help ensure each stage of the recruitment process moves forward without unnecessary delays.
Qualifications:
• Experience coordinating interviews or supporting recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and the ability to keep records organized and accurate.
• Strong administrative and calendar management skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with onboarding support and handling pre-employment tasks with discretion.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as hiring needs change.
Compensation
