Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida, on a Long-term Contract basis. This onsite opportunity is ideal for a legal team member who has supported marketing and commercial review work, with particular attention to creative materials and point-of-sale content. The role calls for strong collaboration across business and legal teams, sound judgment, and the ability to manage detailed reviews in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review marketing, promotional, and commercial materials to help ensure legal and brand compliance before release.
• Examine creative assets and point-of-sale content for potential legal issues and escalate concerns when needed.
• Partner closely with legal, marketing, and business stakeholders to support timely approvals and clear communication.
• Assist with the evaluation, organization, and tracking of commercial documents and related review workflows.
• Help maintain consistent documentation of legal comments, revisions, and approval status across active projects.
• Support contract-related and corporate legal tasks connected to advertising, promotional initiatives, and business operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize requests, manage deadlines, and keep review activities moving efficiently.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of paralegal experience, including work tied to corporate legal matters and commercial review.

• Demonstrated background supporting legal review for marketing, creative, or promotional content.

• Familiarity with commercial contracts and related legal documentation.

• Experience reviewing creative assets and point-of-sale materials in a business or legal setting.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments in an onsite environment.

• Effective communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to exercise discretion, apply sound judgment, and handle sensitive information professionally.

Compensation

$33.25-$40.00 Hourly
