Multi-Office Law Firm Seeks Estate Planning Attorney: LOW BILLABLES
The Estate Planning Attorney will work directly with clients on complex wealth transfer strategies, trust and estate planning matters, business succession planning, and related tax-sensitive issues. This Estate Planning Attorney position offers substantial client interaction, mentorship, and a clearly defined path toward partnership for attorneys seeking a long-term career home.
• Meet directly with clients to develop and implement estate planning strategies.
• Draft revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.
• Advise clients regarding wealth preservation, asset protection, and business succession planning matters.
• Draft corporate governance and related business entity documents.
• Review financial records and collaborate on tax-sensitive planning strategies.
• Assist clients with trust administration matters and post-death planning issues.
Hours: ~1500 hours/year

Salary:
$150,000 - $225,000
• Quarterly billable-hour bonuses.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Estate Planning experience.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
