HR Coordinator (Generalist Support)

Compensation: $33.25 to $38.50 Hourly

We are looking for an HR Coordinator (Generalist Support) to provide broad operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle in Seattle, Washington. This Long-term Contract position will help deliver an organized onboarding experience, maintain accurate HR records, and assist with recruiting coordination in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. The role also contributes to process improvement efforts, supports performance-related activities, and assists with select office and company event coordination.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding activities to create a seamless and well-organized onboarding experience from pre-employment through start date
• Maintain accurate employee information across HR systems, including personnel records, payroll-related details, and leave or accrual balances
• Review and reconcile data across platforms, investigate inconsistencies, and resolve issues affecting employee records, payroll, and HR reporting
• Support talent acquisition activities by arranging interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting the recruiting team as staffing needs evolve
• Update and maintain applicant data within Greenhouse to help ensure accurate tracking and smooth recruiting workflows
• Contribute to HR system enhancement efforts and help improve internal processes related to training, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Provide administrative support for performance management activities and other recurring HR programs
• Partner with employees and internal teams to keep HR processes running smoothly in a hands-on, cross-functional setting
• Assist with light office coordination for the workspace and help organize company events held during the year

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting HR operations, employee onboarding, and general administrative processes
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and employee data maintenance, including payroll-related record handling
• Familiarity with HR compliance practices, screening coordination, and confidential record management
• Experience using Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system to support recruiting activities
• Ability to identify data discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and maintain a high level of accuracy across systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the flexibility to shift between recruiting, HR administration, and office support priorities
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Paychex and other human resources management tools is preferred

Compensation

$33.25-$38.50 Hourly
