Regional HR Business Partner

We are currently recruiting for a Regional HR Business Partner for a well known retailer. This role will partner with the store manager and employees in order to drive business objectives to support the retail operations. This role will involve Employee Relations. Manage complex employee grievances and conduct objective investigations into workplace issues, ensuring fair resolution and maintaining a positive store culture. You will partner with the Store and District Manager with onboarding and new hire trainings. This role will require flexibility to travel to various retail store locations in Miami. Previous experience as a HR Business Partner is required. Retail experience is also required.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP role.
• Experience within the retail industry, working with store locations and associates
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail operations, including peak sales seasons, financial budgeting, and the impact of scheduling on employee morale.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and coaching skills to effectively manage relationships with remote and on-site field teams.
• Mobility: Flexibility for frequent travel to visit various retail store locations within the assigned region.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
