Bilingual HR Coordinator
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is professional, people-focused, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Based on general knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Based on general knowledge.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Based on general knowledge.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Based on general knowledge.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Based on general knowledge.
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Based on general knowledge.
- Help process payroll, timekeeping, and benefits-related documentation as needed. Based on general knowledge.
- Prepare HR reports, track employee data, and assist with compliance activities. Based on general knowledge.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and HR projects. Based on general knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in human resources, administration, or a related field preferred. Based on general knowledge.
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Based on general knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Based on general knowledge.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Based on general knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Based on general knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Based on general knowledge.
Compensation
