Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI Developer to lead front-end design and architecture for complex, high-impact applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, mentorship capabilities, and the ability to drive UI strategy and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable front-end architectures
• Lead UI development efforts and guide technical decisions
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with leadership, product, and design teams to define UI strategy
• Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and design system adoption
• Establish front-end standards, frameworks, and best practices

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of UI/front-end development experience
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks
• Strong experience with large-scale applications and design systems
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and accessibility standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with micro frontends or scalable architecture patterns
• Familiarity with backend technologies and full-stack collaboration
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment workflows
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Tools & Technologies

• Advanced React / Angular / Vue expertise
• TypeScript, Node.js (preferred)
• CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Storybook, design systems tooling
• Performance monitoring tools
