Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends if needed
Location: Hattiesburg-Meridian area (local travel only)

STATEMENT OF DUTIES

Primary Function

At Glass Doctor, we are committed to delivering high-quality glass repair and replacement services with professionalism and care. As part of our team, you’ll represent a trusted national brand while working in a locally owned and operated business.

We are currently hiring motivated individuals—especially military veterans—who want to build a hands-on career in the auto glass industry. No experience is necessary. We provide paid, on-the-job training and a clear path to advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Replace and repair automotive glass including windshields, door glass, and back glass
• Safely remove damaged glass and prepare vehicles for installation
• Install new glass using company-approved methods and materials
• Perform ADAS recalibration (training provided)
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers at shop and mobile locations
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition
• Follow Glass Doctor safety standards and operating procedures
• Support team members and continue developing technical skills
• Collect payment and/or information necessary for payment from customers for work performed
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Maintain a spirit of cooperation, respect and teamwork
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
• Perform the duties of the job keeping safety in mind at all times

Qualifications

Ideally, prior experience in the auto glass industry.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.

Personality suitable to working and communicating effectively with supervisors and fellow employees.

Personality suitable to communication effectively with customers.

Ability to listen and follow directions to perform job duties without being argumentative or disruptive.

Ability to think in a logical and progressive manner.

Ability to effectively present information to customers.

Good communication and interpersonal skills which are particularly well suited to working with a variety of situations.

Professional appearance and personality.

Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met.

Must be self-motivated, energetic and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action.

Work Saturday work rotation as scheduled
