nSI is pleased to announce the opening for a Facility Mission Analyst supporting operations at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC). The MDIOC enables ground test operations, event support, cyber and network operations, modeling and simulation, and mission monitoring activities critical to layered missile defense.

This analyst will provide mid‑ to senior‑level support across scheduling, logistics, reporting, documentation control, and mission‑assurance‑aligned analysis tasks.

Some work will occur outside regular hours (nights/weekends) to align with facility maintenance, test windows, or emergent issues. Expectations remain an average 40‑hour week.

Responsibilities
• Supporting supply and logistics functions, scheduling activities, and quality program execution
• Conducting risk analysis, mission assurance assessments, and data analytics to support MDIOC operational decisions
• Providing IT program support and documentation management as part of cross‑functional mission execution
• Generating situational awareness and reporting products for leadership and mission partners
• Supporting MDIOC mission areas including event execution centers, cyber operations, network operations, modeling & simulation, and enterprise services
• Participating in after‑hours maintenance or emergency facility support operations

Basic Qualifications
• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
7+ years of relevant analytical, program support, or operations experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct risk analysis, manage documentation, and support multi‑disciplinary operational teams
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in MDIOC, MDA, or other DoD operational environments
• Background in logistics, scheduling, mission assurance, or IT program support
