Senior Business Execution Consultant - BLR CAO
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx and Power BI (including semantic models), Power Apps, and Power Automate, with a strong focus on automation and process optimization preferred.
Experience in designing and managing projects or steady state operation of similar nature in financial institutions. Proven track record with Identity & Access management or associated functions is an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and engage across organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Robust understanding of Information Security risk, best practices, and regulatory expectation from banks & financial institutions.
Ability to analyze large data sets and create actionable data insights is critical. Experience of data management, analytics and data visualization will be an added advantage.
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
Ability to engage with global teams and drive execution of global process seamlessly and comfortably is critical to success in the role.
Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.
Strong Leadership and communication skills are critical for success in this role

Proven change management & process improvement experience
Excellent written, verbal & inter-personnel communication skills
Use of Gen AI, Prompts, Tachyon to improvise process and drive innovation using AI preferred.
