Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant in Technology as part of Chief Technology Office supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) risk management responsible for the Technology Capacity Management Risk Assessable Unit (RAU), including regulatory exams, audits, and risk assessments, while partnering with Risk Management to define and maintain effective technology controls. In this role, you will:
- Lead walkthroughs and provide supporting artifacts as needed for engagements related to the IT Service Management (ITSM) function, including front-line control evaluations and internal/external audits or assessments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for risk and regulatory inquiries related to IT Service Operations policies.
- Support the development and execution of strategies to address highly complex and unique scenarios, leveraging strong analytical skills, deep business execution knowledge, and a solid understanding of technology to deliver long-term, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, enhance, and future-proof ITSM practices and processes. Identify gaps and design robust future-state models that emphasize cost efficiency through automation, risk mitigation via effective controls, and optimized service delivery.
- Provide expert consulting to ensure new ITSM practices align with enterprise frameworks (e.g., COBIT, FFIEC, ITIL), strategic roadmaps, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Analyze and document performance trends and data insights for communication with business and risk leadership.
Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years in creating, maintaining, and managing reports and management presentations. - 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM product Line and its Offerings

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present processes clearly and concisely to an audience
- Strong relationship management and proven leadership skills, with solid conflict management, negotiation, and organizational effectiveness techniques with senior business leaders to foster and manage ongoing relationships and gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills & ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to present data and use data to tell a story to all levels within an organization
- Knowledgeable on industry frameworks including: COBIT2019, FFIEC and ITIL
- Willingness to learn & adopt emerging technologies (AI/ML, Predictive Analytics) used in IT Industry for IT Service Management
