Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing plans to interview coordination and offer support.
• Develop targeted talent pipelines by using multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum throughout the selection process.
• Screen applicants and assess qualifications to identify candidates whose experience and capabilities match business requirements.
• Coordinate recruiting events and other outreach efforts that strengthen candidate engagement and expand access to talent with relevant experience.
• Track recruiting progress, maintain organized candidate records, and provide updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and market feedback.
• Refine recruiting strategies based on hiring trends, response rates, and business priorities to improve overall effectiveness.
• Support recruiting operations and related process activities that contribute to a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or a closely related recruiting function.• Demonstrated success managing full cycle recruiting across multiple openings and priorities.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying talent through diverse recruiting channels and methods.
• Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of recruiting processes, candidate screening, and interview coordination best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with careful attention to detail.
• Experience supporting recruiting events, outreach initiatives, or broader talent attraction efforts.
Compensation
