Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and customers in a courteous and detail-oriented manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage incoming phone traffic on a multi-line system, respond to routine inquiries, and transfer calls accurately.
• Provide front office support by monitoring general reception activities and maintaining an orderly lobby area.
• Assist with basic invoice-related administrative work, including organizing and processing light billing documentation.
• Use Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, to handle everyday clerical communication and scheduling needs.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed to help maintain smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to handle inbound calls through a multi-line phone or switchboard system with professionalism and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a courteous and service-oriented approach.
• Comfortable managing several routine tasks at once while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday for an approximately two-month summer assignment.
Compensation
