Compensation: $19 to $22 Hourly

About the Role Our client is seeking a detail oriented and friendly Administrative Assistant to support a small office of approximately 10 employees. This role will be a key part of the team, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly during a leave of absence while also providing additional support when other administrative team members are out on scheduled vacations. Based on general knowledge. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner Greet visitors and provide front desk support Maintain paper and electronic filing systems Assist with light calendar management and scheduling Help manage and organize email communications Provide general administrative support to the office as needed Partner with the administrative team to ensure coverage and continuity of support during absences Qualifications Front desk or receptionist experience preferred entry level are encouraged to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail detail oriented demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to manage multiple priorities in a sometimes fast-paced or stressful environment

Qualifications:

• Experience providing administrative support in an office, front desk, or clerical environment.
• Ability to handle inbound calls effectively while managing multiple tasks throughout the day.
• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related office applications.
• Experience with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and general office organization.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and helpful approach.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage routine administrative priorities effectively.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
