Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Wakefield, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position expected to run for 3 months and is fully onsite during standard weekday business hours. The person in this role will help keep schedules organized, coordinate travel and meetings for field teams, and maintain accurate administrative records using Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars, meeting arrangements, and travel plans for field personnel and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and administrative records to track schedules, travel details, and related office activities.
• Provide front-office and general administrative support, including handling incoming calls and routine correspondence.
• Enter and update data accurately across internal files, reports, and office documents.
• Support day-to-day office operations by preparing materials, organizing information, and assisting with scheduling changes.
• Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to accuracy and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules, meetings, and shifting priorities in a busy environment.
• Clear and detail-oriented communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Spanish language skills are helpful but not required.
Compensation
