HR Business Partner
Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leaders to create and execute human resources plans that support business objectives, workforce needs, and long-term organizational growth.
• Direct recruiting and onboarding efforts by improving selection practices, supporting onboarding programs, and helping the organization attract and retain high-quality talent.
• Guide performance management activities by assisting with goal alignment, review processes, employee development planning, and career growth discussions.
• Advise managers and employees on workplace concerns, conduct employee relations reviews when needed, and promote fair, consistent resolution of issues.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, HR standards, and internal policies while recommending updates that strengthen organizational practices.
• Support compensation and benefits administration by helping ensure programs are equitable, competitive, and aligned with company expectations.
• Identify learning needs across the organization and coordinate training initiatives that build capability, improve performance, and encourage continuous development.
• Oversee core HR operations such as employee records, reporting, payroll coordination, benefits processes, and the accuracy of HR documentation and data.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members while fostering a collaborative environment focused on service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including work in a business partner or comparable strategic HR leadership role.• Strong background in employee relations, including investigations, issue resolution, and guidance for managers on complex workplace matters.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR policy development, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance.
• Experience managing HR administration processes, including employee documentation, reporting, payroll coordination, or benefits support.
• Proven ability to lead performance management programs and support employee development initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders and build trust across the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and balance strategic thinking with day-to-day HR execution.
Compensation
