Project Manager

We are looking for a Temporary Project Manager to support banking initiatives in Littleton, Massachusetts through a Contract engagement. This role will lead cross-functional workstreams, bring structure to project delivery, and help teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and outcomes. The ideal candidate combines disciplined project management practices with strong stakeholder coordination and a practical approach to learning and development strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning activities, define milestones, and maintain delivery schedules for banking-related initiatives.

• Coordinate work across multiple departments to ensure teams remain aligned on scope, dependencies, and business objectives.

• Apply formal project management methods to track progress, manage risks, and address issues before they affect delivery.

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify goals, document requirements, and communicate project status through regular updates and reporting.

• Facilitate meetings, drive decisions, and keep project teams focused on action items and measurable results.

• Support learning and development planning by organizing project-related training needs, resources, and adoption activities.

• Monitor project performance against timelines and deliverables, making adjustments as priorities or constraints change.

• Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and communication plans to support consistent execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects within structured business environments.
• Strong knowledge of formal project management practices, including planning, risk management, and status reporting.
• PMP certification or a comparable project management credential is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholders across functions and keep teams aligned on shared objectives.
• Experience developing or supporting learning and development strategies within project-based work.
• Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a Contract role within a fast-paced banking environment.

Compensation

$38.00-$44.00 Hourly
