Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support revenue-generating activities and help create a positive experience for customers in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role focuses on managing sales interactions, responding to inquiries, and assisting the team with day-to-day coordination that keeps the sales process moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across both inbound and outbound sales activities.

Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries and guiding prospects through the early stages of the buying process.
• Conduct outbound outreach to potential customers to introduce products or services and identify new business opportunities.
• Respond promptly to inbound requests, provide accurate information, and direct leads to the appropriate sales contacts when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records, track interactions, and help ensure data is accurately documented in internal systems.
• Assist with preparing quotes, sales materials, and follow-up communications to keep opportunities progressing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve customer questions and support a smooth sales experience.
• Monitor active leads and opportunities, helping the team stay organized and responsive to client needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting sales activities in an inside sales, direct sales, or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with prospective and existing customers.
• Comfortable handling both inbound inquiries and outbound outreach efforts.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales setting.
• Proficiency with common business systems and tools used to track sales activity.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support team goals.

Compensation

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 Yearly
