Digital Marketing Manager / Marketing Analytics Manager : Email Automation, Social / Paid Media 

LOCATION: Des Moines, Iowa – Iowa = you can work remote 90% of the time !

Best of Both Worlds position! In this position, you will get to manage and lead your own team but remain hands on technical in the weeds, being the Automation / Salesforce or Hubspot expert! Chance to BUILD your own Digital Marketing plan and to also manage & drive your OWN team! Dual position where you will both “in the weeds” and Hands on doing & Leading Marketing Automation, but also Lead & Build out a small team. IF you can periodically drive to Des Moines, you can mostly work remote. position but type of position that will offer WORK FROM HOME options and ample flexibility!

WHAT SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE:  

• You will need the ability to flex between strategy/managing & tactical execution. 

• Email marketing

• Marketing automation campaigns, specific experience with Salesforce. Similar tools also considered. 

• Marketing Analytics experience 

• Social / Paid Media

• Also will be leading web analytics and involved with business intelligence reporting, and data/workflow integration with our CRM platform. 

• Digital properties (i.e., websites and landing pages)

• Social & Paid Media experience

• Lead nurturing/scoring, lead lifecycle management, CRM integration, and marketing analytics for both B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.

• Growth hacking 

• Responsible for leading the development of all digital media strategies and direct effective execution and optimization across all digital media channels in support of marketing programs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web design, marketing automation, or a related field.
• Proven background working with Salesforce marketing tools, Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, or comparable email and automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media management, paid media, paid search, and paid social campaign strategy.
• Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns, audience journeys, and lead management processes.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, web analytics, and performance reporting used to optimize digital initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple digital channels while supporting business growth and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a primarily remote arrangement with occasional travel as needed.

Compensation

$90,000.00-$115,000.00 Yearly
