Compensation: 125k to $150k “depending on experience” + 25% Bonus + Carry

This is not a typical fund accounting role.
You'll join a premier venture capital platform managing $6B+ in assets, where accounting is performed entirely in-house—giving you rare exposure to the complete fund lifecycle, from capital deployment and portfolio valuations to exits, distributions, and investor reporting.

What You'll Do
✔ Own fund and management company accounting, financial reporting, audits, and investor allocations
✔ Partner directly with the investment team on portfolio company valuations
✔ Support capital calls, distributions, cash management, and tax-related fund activities
✔ Interact with LPs, auditors, and firm leadership on key financial matters
✔ Help drive AI-powered initiatives and process improvements across the finance function
Qualifications:
What They're Looking For
• 5+ years of fund accounting experience within venture capital, private equity, or fund administration
• Strong partnership accounting knowledge
• Someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and learning the full mechanics of how investment funds operate
• Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and eager to grow
