What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be one of the earliest creative voices shaping this new digital ecosystem. You will:

• Lead end‑to‑end design for complex features and product experiences—from discovery through final delivery.
• Create intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high‑fidelity designs.
• Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to craft exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide product decisions.
• Champion a user‑centered design culture in a fast‑moving environment.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in product design, UX/UI, or related roles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking, interaction design, and visual excellence.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Experience with design systems and agile product teams.
• Understanding of basic front‑end concepts (HTML/CSS).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in complex, transactional, or highly regulated environments is a plus.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a closely related field.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong end-to-end product thinking, interaction design capability, and strong visual execution.
• Advanced proficiency with modern design platforms such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Hands-on experience building or contributing to design systems within agile product teams.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how design decisions translate into front-end implementation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design choices to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing for mobile products and complex digital workflows; exposure to transactional or regulated industries is advantageous.

Compensation

$125,000.00-$145,000.00 Yearly
