Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage and refresh marketing templates, reference materials, and shared resources so the team can produce consistent, high-quality work efficiently.
• Keep department records and content systems current by updating databases, project information, resumes, website materials, and other essential documentation.
• Coordinate timelines, review steps, and file organization for proposals, campaigns, social posts, events, and related deliverables.
• Support project execution by collecting input from internal stakeholders, monitoring task progress, and helping teams meet deadlines.
• Partner with creative and design staff to organize digital assets, collateral, imagery, and supporting files for ongoing and future use.
• Assist with planning and logistics for conferences and events, including materials preparation and production coordination.
• Build and manage editorial and social media schedules that reflect campaign goals, firm priorities, and upcoming activities.
• Draft, schedule, publish, and monitor digital content across social platforms and other channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Track engagement and campaign performance metrics to help inform content planning and improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting marketing, communications, or administrative functions in a business environment.• Working knowledge of social media coordination, content scheduling, and digital marketing practices.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, organize detailed information, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, effective marketing content.
• Comfort collaborating across departments to gather information and move projects forward.
• Proficiency with common marketing and office software, including database and content management tools.
• Familiarity with email campaigns, event coordination, and broader marketing support activities.
Compensation
