Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous manner while maintaining an organized and well-kept reception area.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to general questions from callers and guests, ensuring accurate information is provided in a timely manner.
• Take clear messages and relay them promptly to team members when direct contact is not available.
• Support day-to-day front office activities, including basic administrative tasks that help the site run smoothly.
• Monitor visitor flow and assist with sign-in procedures to maintain an orderly front-desk experience.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone presence when handling inbound calls.
• Comfortable working in a part-time schedule while maintaining reliability and punctuality.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy front office setting.
• Proficiency in providing courteous service to visitors, callers, and internal staff members.
Compensation
