We are looking for a Human Resource Sourcer to help identify and engage talent for current and upcoming hiring needs in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate outreach, and building strong talent pipelines across multiple channels. The Human Resource Sourcer in this role will partner closely with recruiting stakeholders to identify candidates with relevant experience, maintain organized sourcing activity, and represent the company effectively throughout early candidate interactions.


What you get to do every single day:

• Identify prospective candidates using online platforms, industry networks, referrals, internal talent pools, and direct outreach strategies.

• Build and sustain talent pipelines for both immediate hiring demands and future workforce needs across a variety of roles.

• Initiate contact with potential candidates to evaluate interest, confirm availability, and verify core qualifications early in the process.

• Apply Boolean search methods and other advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent in competitive markets.

• Review resumes and online profiles to determine alignment with position criteria and recruiting priorities.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, activity updates, and sourcing progress within the applicant tracking system and related HR tools.

• Contribute to talent mapping and market intelligence efforts to support workforce planning and hiring strategy.

• Foster positive candidate relationships through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication that strengthens employer brand visibility.


Qualifications:

Other requirements for the Human Resource Sourcer position include and are not limited to:

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related function.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in recruitment or human resources.

• Hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn, resume databases, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct targeted research and identify suitable candidates for a range of openings.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques, recruiting best practices, and candidate engagement methods.

• Experience tracking sourcing metrics, maintaining accurate data, and supporting reporting needs.
