Portfolio Assistant/Principle in Training

We are looking for a motivated Portfolio Assistant/Principle in Training to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on a contract-to-permanent basis. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in financial products, service offerings, and regulatory expectations while learning alongside experienced principals. In this role, you will develop the knowledge needed to support transaction review activities and prepare for increased ownership as you progress through required licensing exams.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in structured training focused on the organization’s investment products, client service standards, and compliance practices.
• Support senior principals by assisting with the review of transactions and helping ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitor workflow details carefully to help maintain adherence to established regulatory and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to strengthen understanding of portfolio support processes and review procedures.
• Track progress toward required examinations and apply newly gained knowledge to day-to-day assignments.
• Provide responsive service in a fast-paced environment, using strong communication skills to address internal and client-related inquiries.
• Contribute to operational effectiveness by maintaining organized records and following defined quality and performance expectations.
• Assume broader principal-level responsibilities after successfully completing the necessary exams and demonstrating readiness for the role.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting customer service or operations functions in a call center or service-driven environment.
• Familiarity with call center performance measures and an understanding of how service levels are monitored.
• Knowledge of call center operations and customer support best practices.
• Exposure to AMSI or the ability to quickly learn industry-specific systems and processes.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Project Server or similar project tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately within supervised review processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
