Senior Litigation Attorney
Our client, a highly respected and growing litigation boutique in Orange County, is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its accomplished team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned litigator who enjoys handling sophisticated matters, mentoring junior attorneys, and playing a meaningful role in case strategy and client relationships. Responsibilities:
• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and oversee all phases of discovery
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel
Qualifications:
• Active California Bar membership
• 8+ years of litigation experience
• Strong motion practice, deposition, and case management experience
• Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Trial experience or significant trial preparation experience preferred

Qualifications:
• Active membership in the California State Bar and good standing to practice law.
• At least 5 years of experience handling complex business litigation matters, with deeper experience strongly valued.
• Demonstrated capability in drafting motions, preparing briefs, and managing discovery in civil litigation.
• Strong oral advocacy skills with the ability to argue motions and appear effectively in court or alternative dispute forums.
• Experience handling sophisticated disputes such as shareholder or partnership matters, real estate conflicts, international issues, crypto-related cases, or business-related trust and estate litigation.
• Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
• A collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork, client service, and case management.
