My client is a rapidly growing real estate investment and development platform with a proven track record of executing large-scale development projects across multiple asset classes. The firm currently manages a substantial pipeline of active developments representing billions of dollars in total project value.

What You'll Do

Corporate & Construction Accounting

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support construction accounting activities, including job costing, budget tracking, contract management, change orders, and funding sources.
• Prepare and maintain detailed construction cost reports.
• Process construction-related billings and vendor invoices.
• Partner with project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
• Assist with preparing monthly lender draw packages and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with accounts payable and general accounting functions.
• Construction accounting or job-cost accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Yardi (Voyager, Construction, Procure-to-Pay, or related modules preferred).
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and desire to take on increasing responsibility.

In this role, you'll become a key contributor to a sophisticated accounting function supporting a diverse portfolio of development projects. You'll gain broad exposure across accounting, construction finance, and operational processes while developing skills that can lead to future opportunities in senior accounting, project accounting, development finance, or corporate finance leadership.

Compensation

$85,000.00-$105,000.00 Yearly
