Commercial Property Manager
We are searching for a Commercial Property Manager for a real estate investment firm that oversees commercial assets across the US and internationally. They are searching for an individual that has experience running a portfolio of triple Net Lease properties and core properties. This role will report to the Director of Asset Management and oversee and mentor the Assistant Property Manager. You will manage a portfolio of retail, industrial buildings and offices, providing them best in class service.
Previous experience as a Commercial Property Manager is required. Bilingual English and Spanish is also required as you will be interacting with investors in Latin America in Spanish.
This role will provide a base salary, bonus, time off, and excellent benefits. Relocation is not offered.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field is required. Masters degree in Real Estate preferred.
- 5+ years in commercial real estate property management or asset management, with proven P& L accountability.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Previous experience reporting to investors
- Strong working knowledge of IT property management systems such as Yardi.
- Strong financial modeling skills
