What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable transactions, review vendor invoices, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing

• Record customer payments and support accounts receivable activities

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Maintain accurate general ledger records

• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities

• Analyze account balances and research discrepancies

• Support financial reporting and audit preparation

• Organize and maintain accounting documentation

• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and system implementations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of accounting experience

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities

• Month-end close experience preferred

• Strong Excel skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, QuickBooks, or similar platforms

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and priorities

Qualifications:

• Experience working in an accounting role with responsibility for both accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation.
• Ability to complete bank reconciliations accurately and resolve variances in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining precise financial records.
• Proficiency with standard accounting systems and spreadsheet tools used for daily financial tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.

Compensation

$28.50-$33.00 Hourly
