Office Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient, professional, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee document management, filing systems, and records retention.
- Support onboarding, training, and general HR administrative functions.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and special projects.
- Answer phones, manage correspondence, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
- Develop and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and departmental teams as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office management, administrative, executive assistant, or related experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with scheduling, vendor management, and office coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.

Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications

- Background supporting multiple departments or executive leadership.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or office projects.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation
