Bilingual Medical Front Desk Coordinator

Robert Half is seeking a polished and professional Bilingual Medical Front Desk Coordinator to support a busy healthcare practice. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients while also assisting with scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, and front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple providers and departments.
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and patient demographics.
• Collect copays, update patient records, and maintain documentation.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide a high level of customer service.
• Support providers and clinical staff with administrative functions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with office procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 2+ years of medical receptionist or healthcare administrative experience.
• Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to patient satisfaction.
