Temporary Sales Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage for a key member of our team. This is not a traditional administrative role—this individual will play a critical part in keeping the sales organization running smoothly by driving follow-through, managing priorities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with day-to-day operations, project coordination, and administrative functions
• Track and manage follow-ups, action items, and deadlines across multiple stakeholders
• Maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce preferred) and assist with reporting and analytics
• Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and cross-functional communication
• Ensure accuracy and organization of sales documentation and processes
• Assist with pipeline tracking, reporting, and data integrity in Excel and CRM systems
• Proactively identify gaps and keep workflows moving forward

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accountability, ownership, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Excel experience must include Pivot Tables, sorting/filtering, and reporting
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with Google Calendar, SharePoint, and related productivity tools
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Notion AI is a plus
