Temporary Sales Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage for a key member of our team. This is not a traditional administrative role—this individual will play a critical part in keeping the sales organization running smoothly by driving follow-through, managing priorities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operations, project coordination, and administrative functions
- Track and manage follow-ups, action items, and deadlines across multiple stakeholders
- Maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce preferred) and assist with reporting and analytics
- Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and cross-functional communication
- Ensure accuracy and organization of sales documentation and processes
- Assist with pipeline tracking, reporting, and data integrity in Excel and CRM systems
- Proactively identify gaps and keep workflows moving forward
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accountability, ownership, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Excel experience must include Pivot Tables, sorting/filtering, and reporting
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Calendar, SharePoint, and related productivity tools
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Notion AI is a plus
Compensation
