Customer Service Rep
A growing organization in Kent is seeking a Client Support Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. This role focuses on delivering responsive service, managing client requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Address and resolve service issues, discrepancies, and order concerns in a timely manner
- Enter and update customer information, transactions, and service requests within internal systems
- Partner with operations, logistics, and billing teams to coordinate timely resolutions
- Monitor account activity and proactively follow up on open items or outstanding requests
- Assist with order tracking, status updates, and delivery coordination
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and case details
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or administrative coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems

Compensation
