Customer Service Rep

A growing organization in Kent is seeking a Client Support Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. This role focuses on delivering responsive service, managing client requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Address and resolve service issues, discrepancies, and order concerns in a timely manner
• Enter and update customer information, transactions, and service requests within internal systems
• Partner with operations, logistics, and billing teams to coordinate timely resolutions
• Monitor account activity and proactively follow up on open items or outstanding requests
• Assist with order tracking, status updates, and delivery coordination
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and case details
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or administrative coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
