HR Generalist
We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions. This position plays a key role in employee relations, compliance, recruiting support, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and HR processes
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes

Compensation
