Claims Adjuster
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a Bilingual Claims Adjuster to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong investigative skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, and process insurance claims from initial report through resolution. Based on general knowledge.
- Review documentation, interview claimants and witnesses, and gather facts to determine claim validity. Based on general knowledge.
- Communicate with policyholders, attorneys, medical providers, repair vendors, and internal teams in both Spanish and English. Based on general knowledge.
- Assess coverage, determine liability, and calculate appropriate settlement amounts. Based on general knowledge.
- Maintain accurate claim files, notes, and supporting documentation in the claims management system. Based on general knowledge.
- Negotiate settlements within authority limits and escalate complex claims as needed. Based on general knowledge.
- Ensure timely handling of claims in accordance with service standards and regulatory requirements. Based on general knowledge.
- Provide professional, empathetic customer service during potentially sensitive situations. Based on general knowledge.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English required. Based on general knowledge.
- 2+ years of claims adjusting experience in the insurance industry preferred. Based on general knowledge.
- Knowledge of claims investigation, coverage analysis, liability determination, and settlement practices. Based on general knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Based on general knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Based on general knowledge.
- Ability to manage a high volume of claims and meet deadlines. Based on general knowledge.
- Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Based on general knowledge.
- Adjuster’s license preferred if required by state. Based on general knowledge.
Compensation
