Our client, a respected and growing business management firm in Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger maintenance.
- Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Monitor cash flow activity and track budgets, expenses, and financial allocations.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank accounts, brokerage accounts, and credit card statements, researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare financial schedules, account analyses, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generate and distribute tax reporting documents, including 1099s and other required filings.
- Maintain organized financial records to support audits, tax preparation, and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with business management and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with multiple entities, business management firms, family offices, or entertainment clients is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in full charge bookkeeping with hands-on responsibility for general accounting operations.• Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced comfort using Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting tasks.
• Experience working with business management or accounting platforms such as Datafaction or AgilLink is highly valued.
• Background supporting clients in business management, entertainment, or other high-profile portfolio environments is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Clear communication skills and the judgment to handle confidential financial information professionally.
Compensation
