| Job Summary |
The University of Kentucky is seeking a Parking Infrastructure Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of parking and transportation infrastructure projects that ensure safe, accessible, and well-maintained campus parking assets. This role is responsible for managing work orders and maintenance activities from initial request through completion and closeout, conducting site reviews, and maintaining accurate documentation and inventory related to parking spaces, signage, and wayfinding. The position works closely with campus partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with applicable standards, including ADA compliance requirements.
This role plays a key part in maintaining the operational integrity and usability of campus parking infrastructure while supporting ongoing improvements to accessibility, safety, and customer experience. The Parking Infrastructure Coordinator will also help track project timelines, monitor budgets and deliverables, and ensure accurate record keeping and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
What You Will Do
• Coordinate parking infrastructure projects from work order intake through completion and closeout
• Conduct site reviews and field assessments to evaluate parking conditions, signage, and wayfinding needs • Maintain and update documentation, records, and inventory for parking spaces, signage, and related assets • Collaborate with campus partners, contractors, and vendors to support maintenance and project execution • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion of work • Support compliance with ADA standards and other applicable regulations related to parking infrastructure • Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe and functional parking facilities • Monitor project progress and provide operational updates to leadership and stakeholders • Support continuous improvement efforts related to parking infrastructure, and asset management What You Will Bring
