Major/Essential Functions
- Performs provider credentialing, recredentialing, privileging, and enrollment processes.
- Maintains accurate provider records and monitors licensure, certification, and other credential expirations.
- Ensures compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws, policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assists with provider onboarding, appointments, reappointemnts, and privileging activities.
- Serves as a point of contact for providers, department leaders, and external agencies regarding Medical Staff matters.
Occasional Duties
- Assists with accreditation surveys, regulatory audits, and compliance reviews.
- Provides cross-coverage and support for other MSO functions as assigned.
- Compiles and analyzes data for reports, dashboards, and leadership requests.
Required Qualifications

- Medical staff office experience.
- Provider credentialing.
- Payer enrollment.
