Leidos is looking to fill a project management and coordination role across a portfolio of cybersecurity-related projects. In this dynamic role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing program and project management coordination and support across a portfolio of projects related to cryptographic key management and information assurance. The candidate will operate in a supporting role within a Project Management Office (PMO) setting where team members are responsible for budgeting, managing, executing, and documenting aspects of the project(s) and their operations. The candidate will routinely work with project managers, development staff and engineers, and have routine exposure with the Government customer and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a bourgeoning project manager looking to grow a rich, robust toolset in the domain of program/project management.
Successful candidates will be capable of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Duties may include assistance ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. Candidates should expect to routinely interface with task and functional leaders, customers, subcontractors, and support personnel.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
MUST be a US CITIZEN
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Leadership and problem-solving skills; the ability to take charge when necessary and also evaluate situations and determine the proper course of action
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders
Superb time management
Proficient with MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with agile software development methodologies and tools
3+ years project management/project assistant experience
Has practical knowledge of the project management discipline (through advanced education combined with experience)
Has general understanding of industry practices and standards

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
