Accounts Payable Clerk
Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the gaming industry to find a AP Specialist. This is a full time, permanent position in Golden. It is 100% in office, and is paying $50-60k. Additional information and job requirements are below. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:
- Posts and runs the accounts payable checks
- Update and maintain payroll records
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Processing AP documents
- Other AP activities
- Reviewing invoices for completeness (verifying vendor name, address, and vendor status to determine accuracy of currency/taxes)
- Validating scanned images for accuracy and/or missing information

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Strong Accounts Payable experience
- Exposure to GL accounting (ideally work experience), but will consider someone who just understands the foundation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional communication skills / comfortable interacting with customers who may approach them (although this is not a customer facing job)
Compensation
