Network Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to own and support our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small enterprise environment where they are the primary network expert, taking ownership of the network from strategy through day-to-day operations. Looking for someone who is comfortable being the sole dedicated Network Engineer within a small enterprise. Self-starter who enjoys ownership and working independently. Passionate about networking with strong troubleshooting skills. Flexible schedule with willingness to participate in on-call support. Ability to travel. Onsite in Minneaoplis,MN

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure across 35 global locations.

Manage and optimize Palo Alto firewalls, routing, switching, and internet circuits.

Support Aruba switching and wireless technologies.

Troubleshoot complex network issues and maintain high availability across distributed sites.

Support telephony systems within the networking environment.

Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.

Maintain network documentation, monitoring, and performance using tools such as LogicMonitor or similar.

Qualifications:

8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.

Strong experience with:

• Core routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
• Palo Alto firewalls (PAN-OS, Panorama)
• Aruba switching and wireless
• VPN technologies and multi-site networking
• Network monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)

Experience supporting distributed enterprise environments and global connectivity.

Familiarity with telephony technologies (Microsoft Teams, ShoreTel, 8x8) is preferred.
