Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and provide front-office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage inbound telephone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks such as preparing documents, organizing files, and maintaining office records.
• Enter and update information accurately in internal databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking tools.
• Support scheduling and coordination for meetings, appointments, and general office activities.
• Monitor routine clerical workflows and assist with maintaining an efficient and organized administrative environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative support, receptionist, or office coordination role.• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and clear communication.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with general office procedures and standard administrative practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in a legal or service-focused environment with a dependable approach.
Compensation
