Sr. Recruiter

Excelsior, MN 55331, US Remote Temporary
Compensation: $48 to $55 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a services organization in Excelsior, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across corporate and engineering roles, partnering closely with leadership to attract high-caliber talent. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, a strategic approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role expectations, candidate profiles, and effective search plans for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for corporate and engineering talent using direct outreach, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial evaluations to assess experience, technical fit, and alignment with team needs.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from stakeholders, and guide hiring teams toward timely and well-informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system to ensure organized and compliant recruitment processes.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and recruiting best practices to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support recruiting-related process updates or system-related changes as needed while maintaining a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with substantial ownership of full-cycle hiring.
• Demonstrated background in corporate recruiting with the ability to manage multiple searches at once.
• Experience recruiting for engineering positions and evaluating technical talent across varied levels.
• Strong sourcing skills with success identifying and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven recruiting environment.

Compensation

$48.00-$55.00 Hourly
